Focuses on how a board risk committee should be structured, informed and run so that it provides genuine oversight rather than a paper exercise. Delegates examine committee charters, risk reporting packs, and the interaction between the risk committee, the audit committee and management. Case material is drawn from listed companies, banks and state owned entities in the region.
