Blue Drop, Green Drop and Drinking Water Quality Compliance for Municipalities

This course prepares municipal water services teams to meet drinking water and wastewater quality standards and to perform well under regulatory assessment programmes. Participants learn to run a water safety plan, manage sampling and laboratory results, and address the process and management gaps that lower assessment scores. The programme helps municipalities protect public health and improve their standing on water quality.
