Behavioural Skills and Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers

Tools and methods only take a project so far, because delivery ultimately runs on how people relate, decide and behave under pressure. This course develops the behavioural and emotional intelligence skills that separate competent project managers from trusted ones. It draws on the interpersonal demands of leading diverse project teams and stakeholders across African workplaces.
