Assertiveness and Constructive Confrontation for Managers

Many managers swing between avoiding tough issues and reacting aggressively, and neither serves them well. This course develops assertiveness as a middle path that lets leaders address problems directly while preserving respect and relationships. Participants practise raising difficult matters, saying no, and holding their ground under pressure in ways that fit the collaborative style of many African workplaces.
