Annual Performance Plans and Strategic Planning for Government Departments

This course guides officials through developing strategic plans and annual performance plans that align departmental work with national priorities and budgets. Participants learn to set measurable outcomes, outputs and indicators and to link plans to the budget process and quarterly reporting. The programme reflects the planning frameworks used across African governments to drive service delivery and accountability.
