Agile Scrum Adoption for Non Software Business Teams

Scrum was born in software but its rhythm of short cycles, visible work and regular review helps marketing, HR, operations and service teams too. This course adapts Scrum roles, events and artefacts for teams that do not write code. It is built for African business units that want faster, more focused delivery without heavy project bureaucracy.

What you will be able to do

  • Translate Scrum roles and events into a non software business context.
  • Break business work into a prioritised and visible backlog.
  • Run sprints, stand ups and reviews that keep teams focused.
  • Use retrospectives to improve how the team works each cycle.
  • Make progress visible with simple boards and burn charts.
  • Handle interruptions and business as usual work alongside sprint goals.
