Agile and Hybrid Project Delivery

Few organisations are purely agile and few are purely traditional. Most are stuck between the two. The method here combines iterative delivery with the governance, budgeting and reporting your organisation still requires, so teams move faster without losing control or the ability to answer an auditor.

What you will be able to do

  • Distinguish predictive, iterative and hybrid delivery approaches and choose sensibly between them.
  • Structure work into a prioritised backlog that reflects business value rather than internal convenience.
  • Run planning, review and retrospective sessions that produce decisions instead of discussion.
  • Measure progress through delivered increments and flow metrics rather than percentage complete.
  • Design a hybrid governance model that satisfies sponsors, finance and internal audit.
  • Diagnose common failure patterns in agile adoption and correct them with practical interventions.
