Access to Information, PAIA Compliance and Open Government

This course prepares public bodies to handle requests for information lawfully and to embrace open government practices that build public trust. Participants learn to process access to information requests, apply grounds for refusal correctly and publish information proactively. The programme supports the transparency obligations that African governments and citizens increasingly expect.
