Water, Sanitation and Bulk Infrastructure Project Management

This course addresses the planning, funding and delivery of water and sanitation infrastructure projects for municipalities and utilities across the region. Participants review bulk water and sewer network planning, treatment works upgrades, funding sources including grant conditions, and the coordination challenges typical of multi-year infrastructure programmes, building capacity to manage these projects from feasibility through to commissioning.
