Supplier Performance Measurement and Scorecards

Many organisations select suppliers carefully but then fail to track how they actually perform once the contract begins. This course teaches procurement and supply chain teams how to design supplier scorecards, set realistic performance targets, run structured supplier review meetings and use performance data to inform contract renewal, escalation or exit decisions.
