Supplier Diversity and Inclusive Sourcing Programmes

Inclusive sourcing is both a transformation imperative and a resilience strategy for African organisations that want a broader, more competitive supply base. This course goes beyond compliance to build genuine supplier diversity programmes that bring small, women owned and youth owned businesses into the mainstream. Delegates learn to set targets, remove barriers to entry and measure real inclusion outcomes.

What you will be able to do

  • Define supplier diversity goals aligned to business and transformation strategy.
  • Identify and remove barriers that exclude small and emerging suppliers.
  • Design fair qualification and onboarding routes for diverse suppliers.
  • Build capacity through mentoring, prompt payment and shared demand.
  • Measure inclusion outcomes beyond spend percentages.
  • Report diversity progress credibly to stakeholders and leadership.
