Social Engineering and Phishing Defence for Employees
Most successful cyber attacks in South African organisations begin with a convincing email, phone call or WhatsApp message rather than a technical exploit. This course trains general staff to recognise phishing, pretexting and invoice fraud attempts common in the region, including scams that impersonate banks and government departments. Practical exercises use real, anonymised examples to build lasting habits of caution.
