Snagging, Handover and Defects Liability Management

The final weeks of a project decide whether a client is satisfied, yet rushed handovers and unresolved snags routinely sour relationships and delay final payment. This course covers the disciplined close out of construction works from snagging to the end of the defects liability period. It builds practical routines for inspections, documentation and managing defects fairly during occupation.
