Safety Performance Measurement and Leading Indicators

Many organisations still judge their safety performance only by counting injuries after they happen, which tells them how many people were hurt but nothing about the risks building up before the next incident. This course shows how to design a balanced set of leading and lagging indicators, gather reliable data, and present safety performance to managers and boards in a way that drives action.
