Reverse Logistics and Product Returns Management

The flow of goods back up the supply chain, through returns, repairs, recalls and recycling, is often neglected until it starts eroding margin and customer trust. This course gives delegates a structured approach to reverse logistics, covering returns authorisation, refurbishment, disposal and the recovery of value, with attention to the growth of online retail and extended producer responsibility in South Africa.
