Predictive Analytics and Forecasting with Python

Organisations that can forecast demand, revenue and risk make sharper decisions than those relying on gut feel. This course teaches analysts to build predictive and forecasting models using Python and widely used libraries. Participants work through practical examples such as sales forecasting and customer churn drawn from African business settings.

  • Prepare and explore data in Python for predictive modelling.
  • Build regression and classification models to answer business questions.
  • Develop time series forecasts for demand, revenue and other measures.
  • Evaluate model accuracy and avoid common overfitting mistakes.
