Plant, Equipment and Fleet Management for Contractors

This course addresses the practical management of plant, equipment and vehicle fleets used on construction and civil engineering sites across the region. Participants explore buy versus hire decisions, maintenance scheduling, utilisation tracking, operator competency and safety requirements, and fuel and cost control, helping contractors reduce downtime and extend the working life of expensive mobile assets.
