Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Administration

Most African organisations now run email, files and collaboration on Microsoft 365, yet many leave the built in security and compliance controls at their weak defaults. This course shows administrators how to harden tenants, protect identities and configure data protection policies using tools already included in their licences. Delegates practise on realistic tenant scenarios drawn from mid sized enterprises across the continent.

What you will be able to do

  • Configure conditional access and multi factor authentication to protect user accounts.
  • Apply sensitivity labels and data loss prevention policies to protect confidential documents.
