Lean Supply Chain and Just in Time Practices

Lean thinking strips waste, waiting and excess inventory out of the supply chain so that goods flow only when they are needed. This course shows delegates how to apply lean and just in time principles to procurement, inventory and distribution, balancing the efficiency gains against the supply risks that come with leaner buffers in the South African operating environment.
