IT Project Management for Digital Initiatives

Digital projects fail more often from poor scoping and stakeholder misalignment than from technical faults, a pattern seen repeatedly across South African public and private sector rollouts. This course teaches project managers and IT leads to scope digital initiatives realistically, manage vendor delivery and control scope creep. Delegates practise with templates for status reporting, risk logs and stakeholder communication.

  • Manage vendor and contractor deliverables against agreed service levels.
