Inventory Cycle Counting and Stock Accuracy Management

Inaccurate stock records cause phantom shortages, emergency buying and painful year end write offs across African warehouses and stores. This course replaces the disruptive annual stock take with disciplined cycle counting that keeps records accurate all year round. Delegates learn to design counting programmes, investigate variances, and drive the root causes of inaccuracy out of their operations.
