Internal Controls and Fraud Risk Management

Procurement fraud, payroll manipulation and expense claim abuse remain common risks in South African organisations, particularly where segregation of duties is weak. This course teaches finance and audit staff to design, implement and test practical internal controls, recognise common fraud red flags, and respond to suspected irregularities in line with King IV governance principles and sound risk management practice.
