Financial Management for Retail and Multi Store Chains

Retail chains across Africa manage thin margins, high stock volumes and dozens of stores that each generate their own numbers. This course helps retail finance and operations staff understand margin, markdowns, shrinkage and store level profitability. Participants leave able to budget by store, control stock loss and turn daily trading data into better commercial decisions.
