Financial Literacy and Budgeting for Team Supervisors

Frontline supervisors and team leaders increasingly control budgets and spending decisions without any formal finance background. This introductory course demystifies the numbers, teaching South African supervisors how their decisions affect cost, revenue and cash. Delegates learn to read a simple budget report, control departmental spend and speak the language of finance when they engage with managers and finance staff.
