Facilities and Building Maintenance Management

This course covers the practical management of buildings once construction is complete, focusing on planned preventative maintenance, asset registers and service level agreements. Participants explore lifecycle costing, outsourcing decisions, energy and utilities management, and how facilities teams coordinate with contractors and building owners to keep commercial and public buildings safe, functional and cost effective over the long term.
