Demolition Planning and Controlled Structure Removal

Demolition concentrates risk into a short, irreversible period where structural collapse, services and public exposure must all be controlled. This course covers structural surveys, method selection, sequencing and the safe removal of buildings and elements. It is grounded in African urban conditions where demolition often happens on tight sites next to occupied buildings and busy streets.
