Cyber Crisis Simulation and Tabletop Exercise Facilitation

Plans that look sound on paper often collapse under the pressure of a live cyber incident. This course teaches leaders and security teams to design and run realistic simulations that test decisions, communication and coordination. Participants build and facilitate exercises grounded in scenarios African organisations genuinely face, from ransomware to data leaks.
