Cost Accounting for Hotels and Hospitality Operations

Hotels, lodges and restaurants across Africa live or die on margins in rooms, food and beverage, where small leakages quickly erode profit. This course applies practical cost accounting to hospitality, covering food costing, occupancy analysis and departmental profitability. Participants learn to price menus, control stock and read the operating numbers that keep a property profitable.
