Contact Centre Team Leadership and Quality Coaching

Contact centre performance rises or falls on the quality of frontline leadership. Team leaders leave able to read their own numbers rather than recite them, run coaching conversations that change agent behaviour, and hold a team together through high volume, high pressure periods without losing people to burnout.

What you will be able to do

  • Interpret core contact centre measures and explain what each one reveals about team performance.
  • Conduct a quality assessment that is consistent, evidence based and defensible.
  • Deliver a coaching conversation that agents accept and act on.
  • Manage underperformance fairly using documented, progressive steps.
  • Reduce avoidable attrition by recognising early warning signs of disengagement and burnout.
  • Plan and run short team briefings that lift focus at the start of a shift.
