Construction Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan Development

Quality on site is won or lost by the plans that decide what gets checked, by whom and at which hold points. This course teaches teams to build practical construction quality plans and inspection and test plans that trades can actually follow. It reflects African projects where clients increasingly demand documented quality assurance without stalling the works.
