Construction Cost Control, Budgeting and Cash Flow Management

This course focuses on the financial management of construction projects from a contractor's perspective, covering budgeting, cost control and cash flow forecasting. Participants learn to build project budgets, track actual cost against budget, manage retention and payment cycles, and forecast cash flow across a project programme, strengthening the financial discipline needed to protect margins on competitive contracts.
