Cloud Cost Optimisation and FinOps for IT Teams

Cloud bills often surprise African organisations that migrated expecting savings but received runaway monthly charges instead. This course introduces FinOps, the practice of managing and optimising cloud spend as a shared responsibility. Participants learn to read cloud invoices, find waste, and put controls in place so cloud spending stays predictable and tied to business value.
