Business Process Automation with Low Code Tools

Every organisation has a queue of forms, approvals and spreadsheet handoffs that nobody has ever redesigned. Process mapping, automation candidate selection, and building a working approval workflow, with attention to POPIA obligations, audit trails and what happens to an automated process when connectivity drops.

What you will be able to do

  • Map an existing manual process end to end and quantify the time, error rate and cost it consumes.
  • Select automation candidates using effort, volume and risk criteria rather than whichever department shouts loudest.
  • Build a working approval workflow with forms, routing rules, notifications and escalation.

  • Apply POPIA requirements to automated processing, covering personal information in forms, retention and access control.
