Glazed facades and shopfronts define the look of modern African commercial buildings, but leaking curtain walls and rattling windows are among the most stubborn defects to fix once the scaffold is down. This course covers the supervision of aluminium, glazing and curtain wall installation. It focuses on setting out, fixing, weatherproofing and the testing that keeps facades watertight and secure in strong sun and wind.
